What a Marathon

So, it is cold and snowy outside. My children are going crazy being in the house. They have not been able to go outside and just play and run around for hours for the past couple of months. Today, it was warm enough that they did get to go out for a few minutes but it was not long enough.

You have to love the snow in Utah and how it keeps you inside for a few months. It is especially fun when you have young children (haha).

Somehow Jenni ended up on the bed wrapped up in a blanked reading a book while I tried to entertain the children. Of course, everything I suggested was boring and they have done it over and over and over and life is so hard and they are so bored and they are not having fun and I just don't understand. Imagine that!!

So, I gave in and let them turn to the Disney channel on T.V. Normally, I do not mind this channel even though the shows are corny. Lucky for me, they were having a marathon weekend on a show they like. It is the dumbest show every. The acting is bad, the plots are repetitive, and the forced laughing is annoying. My list could go on.

However, I endured it and didn't learn a darn thing. At least it made them happy. I think I should get the price for father of the year especially since at one point, Jenni came in, saw what we were watching and took off quickly.
